Adobe Acrobat Reader enables you to view and print files in PDF format.

PDF is an acronym for "Portable Document Format" which was created by Adobe to let you view and print a file exactly as it was designed by its author, without having to use the same application or fonts originally chosen to create the file.

Since its introduction in 1993, PDF has become an Internet standard for electronic distribution. It faithfully preserves the look and feel of the original document complete with fonts, colours, images, and layout.

DT Max uses the PDF technology in both its archiving and export or email tax return pages features.

Users who do not already have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed can download a free version from the Adobe site.
